How to create animated theme for smartphone.
Create a folder on your PC with the name of your project, for example D:\demo
Now we need an animated sequence of frames or gif animation. You can download animated walppapers from Wallpapers section this site 
Now we need to get a sequence of frames received from gif animation. For this I use program Photoshop v10. Run the program. File \ Import Video frames to layers. In the window that opening, write the name of the file *. gif, click load, select a your gif file. If you want to put the animation in full screen mode it save all the layers in the format jpg. If you want to display additional information on your homescreen , you can use a tool “Frame” , just cut motion video and save layers in jpg. format and save the image rest of the screen(background picture). Frome background of the picture, I cut out the band on top, width of which, corresponds to the width of the lower bar homescreens. Put background picture in the D:\demo
 
Then launch the application Homescreen Builder. File\New\ .Working directory D:\demo . HomeScreen Name demo . Warning, the name of the folder and project name must match. Device resolution 240X320 . WM 2006. OK.
Select the Animation Plugin rollout. Choose add, this will add an animation and you'll see the box for it appear on the preview. Next we need to add the frames, select Load Frame(s), and navigate to the folder with your layers in jpg. format. Select first.jpg and then whilst holding down the shift key select last.jpg and then open.
This adds all the frames to our list of possible frames. To add frames to the animation, we could double click on each frame in the Animation Frame view, but as we know we want all the frames click Add All to Animation.
This adds the animation to the Animation Steps. At this point we have a playable animation, so click play to see how its looking. It's a little to fast, so lets slow it down a touch. Below the Animation Steps view is an edit box for the delay per frame. Enter 100, select the radio button to apply it to all frames, and click Apply Delay.
The animation is running at a better speed now, lets position it in the bottom right hand corner. With your mouse click on the animation in the preview and drag it into position. Whilst its selected, you can fine adjust its position using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
We don't need to save the animation at this point, but after all that work we may as well just incase. So click on the save button in the Animation Plugin rollout, navigate to the radar folder, name the file radar, and press save.
Then select the Homescreen Background rollout. Image, select image from D:\demo
Now we'll add some of the standard plugins, to give our homescreen some more data to display. We can choose what you need more. I chose :Iconbar Plugin, SMS count Plugin, Missed Calls Plugin.
Save our work. File Build CAB.
In the folder demo, you will find CAB. file with your theme.
