Why am I getting the message "needs to be confirmed. Click here" on wm7?
Why am I getting the message "needs to be confirmed. Click here" (Attention required. Tap here), when I try to download an application or game on my WM7 device?
This can happen when you try to download an application or a game of large volume - 20 MB or more - on your phone, while you do not have WIFI-connection or your phone is lost signal WIFI. Applications over 20MB can be installed from the Marketplace on your phone only through WIFI. To complete the download and installation of your applications or games, try the following:
Make sure your phone is connected to the Internet via WIFI (see Connect to WIFI-network (Connect to a Wi-Fi network)).
1 On the Home screen (Start), click Marketplace. 2 Click Download (Download) at the bottom to see all unfinished downloads. 3 In Downloads (Downloads) press and hold the tile application or game, and then click Try again (Retry). 4 Downloads of be resumed. If it does not, repeat step 4. Your application can be found in the list of applications (Apps list). Games appear in the hub of games (Games Hub).
