How to change the image at startup (Splash Screen) on WP7?

Find / Cut / create one you need an image (which you want to see when booting the phone), save it in format. Bmp and resolution of 480 x 800.
Send it to your e-mail.
Open the attachment through the phone and do not save, click "use as wallpaper".
Via touchxplorer or advansed explorer go to the folder
"wallpaper"
in the root the phone and find your picture.
Rename it to mologo. The file format should be. Bmp (that is, you get a file mologo.bmp).
Copy this file.
Go to the Windows folder and paste the file with the replacement.
Reboot.
Done!

Note: This method works only on branded phones.
