Go to the panel, "People" ("People Hub"), select a contact, click on the pencil icon at the bottom of the menu and edit the details of the contact. In edit mode, scroll through and select the ringtones ringtone for each contact. In edit mode, you can also add each contact note, anniversaries, birthdays, list of children, etc.
